My arms are going I be so toned in no time but I recommend not over doing it in one day cause your are arms are going to be sore. Great to add to your workout routine.

I had never heard of such a thing, but I definitely feel it if I use these for a while. Nice to work all those small muscles at once. I feel like they could be a bit more padded. Use with caution indoors lol.
